This weekend I swapped roofs with a GX 550.

Yep I noticed that while I was installing them. I forgot to measure them before I put them in so I can get some black oxide stainless steel ones before I install my lights. I emailed Rago to see if they would give me the length of them so I can order some.If they're no stainless steel, I'd swap them out. I'd also apply some clear nail polish just in the allen key opening as impure SS will rust.
Yeah, I think I’m going to just keep it on the molle rack for now. I like the look and I found a lot of the rattle was the fire extinguisher tapping the metal. It’s not completely gone, but adding some padding behind it helped with the rattle.Gotcha, not sure insanoflex has that much commitment… seems like a bigger job that it’s worth (if it was me), but speaking of, I’ve removed my jack (used it once and didn’t trust it at all) so ive been trying to rack my brain around how that space can suit me. So its good to know how much space there is without removing the whole panel just to look at it lol, so thanks for always have great info man!
That looks awesome! I didn’t even know that they made these. After few month installed the FrontRunner drawer system+fridge slider, I found out that I still have 4.5” clear between hatch door and drawer panels.
To maximize the space use, I just installed the “customized” molle panels to the drawer panels which I can hang Molle bags, flashlight, whatever small items that I need to access without open the drawers (for off-road/camping)
Here are the photos:

You know, I turned my music down today and I def heard some rattling but I think it’s the hatchet, but I’m not sure I care enough to really suss it out lolYeah, I think I’m going to just keep it on the molle rack for now. You meant the molle panels ?That looks awesome! I didn’t even know that they made these.
Looks great.Some new mods:
-cargo lights from obisan3d. I love them, truly lights up the cargo space thoroughly, and the fitment of the panel is perfect, looks absolutely OEM. Kudos obisan3d!
- grill running lights, I don’t remember who makes them but if anybody cares I can search through emails and figure it out. They’re definitely a different color amber than my light bar and fog lights but I personally like the contrast. They also attach to the front of the grill rather than behind, so they stick out about half an inch but again, I don’t care. I can see where others would prefer it behind the grill. Anyway, that’s it for now, still waiting on roof rack and fog light upgrade.
Ps- sorry about the light glare in the pic

That will be cool, I had that kind in my Tacoma and it was very nice to have the option, definitely share when you get it all buttoned up!Looks great.
For the lights at side panels, instead of getting either amber (only) or white (only) lights from obisan3d, I plan to design and install the dual white - amber lights with single switch that can turn amber or white per situations (just like our LCLC or LCFE frog lights: switching from amber to white or reverse)
Will post and share when I got them
I had seen this overlay one other time and thought that was a bit odd, but certainly somewhat better. I keep debating on the overlay or just yanking mine off. Finally blacked out the badge. It doesn't black out the circle though? Toyota PN: PT948-60250-02View attachment 29538

Around $30 I think, ordered online from my local dealer. It's an improvement.I had seen this overlay one other time and thought that was a bit odd, but certainly somewhat better. I keep debating on the overlay or just yanking mine off.
Curious if you don’t mind, what did you get charged for this, and did you get it at your dealership? Thanks!
As I mentioned in earlier post, here they are. Dual (amber / white ) LED light. With on-off-on switch, I can either have white or amber per situations.Looks great.

Materials cost me $16 + some wiring laying around in my tool box
Tested to ensure all works
