Alright folks it’s about that time of year…..let’s see everybody’s LITS (LandCruisers in the snow).
I get awfully jealous living in Vegas…so do me a favor and let’s see your LCs in some white stuff!
Yep. We drove something similar up the glacier in Iceland just a few months ago also a landcruiser. We got stuck very badly and had to wait for something bigger to pull us out! Along came a Ford.

Tires? How do they do in the snow?Frig I love this thing!
Toyo Observe GSI-6 in 265/70/18. They are great - you barely even think about being on snow. I drove the highway into this place before the snowplow was even out with about 3 to 4" fresh, and ruts from one or 2 vehicles ahead of me, and no issues at all. I also have the G3-Ice on my Tundra - also great. Slightly harder rubber compound so perhaps not as good on ice, but longer life. The difference between both these dedicated winters on ice and snow is night and day vs even the best all-season tire, other than the deepest loose snow, which few of us drive in more than a few times a winter.Tires?
