Here in boston we have winter, humid and construction. I saw that at dealers out west (denver, arizona) the LC comes with 18". Maybe they can get one rerouted from there. Still don't know what trim I want though.A lot of trouble just for summer. In New England summer is what, July 4?

Same here. I looking within 250 miles of me. About 80 white LC trim when I got mine. Every single one has the 20 inch wheels. I don't mind how they look but would have preferred the 18s.

I recently picked up a LC premium with 20” wheels. They do look pretty good. However the PSI in the tires are at 55 which seems crazy high. The ride is kinda rough on the highway and every little bump is felt. I have the factory Dunlap’s on there. Has anyone experienced this and did anyone reduce the PSI for a smoother ride?
I was contacted by several Northeast dealers offering me LC's. Every premium package LCLC had 20" wheels. Likewise the LC I ended up with has 20"'s. Turns out I really like them better than the black 18"s but Im not managing for proper off-roading, just gravel/dirt roads.

Check the door jam sticker, they're probably supposed to be at 33 and the dealer forgot to deflate them after shipping.
I have searched dozens of vehicles within 500 miles of Duluth, MN, and found exactly 1 - ONE!! - LC Premie with 18" wheels. It was down by Milwaukee, WI, over 400 miles from my house.
I like to explore the forest roads in northern Minnesota, so I wanted the larger sidewall. The 20" wheels were a concern and were certainly not worth the extra +$1200 for a step backwards. When I learned that the FE's come with 18 inch wheels AND a skid plate as well as rock rails, the price difference became more tolerable.
My FE in Trail Dust - with only the door-edge guards as an option - should be here within a month.

I'm in SoCal and bought my LCLC with the PP. Mine came with the 18" wheels. I could negotiate the price because of the 18" wheels, which in fact I wanted.

Dealers never forget; perhaps just overlook, busy busy... My spare is at 53 lb, all others in 32-35 range. I should test them all.

There's been a small trickle of Premium Package Land Cruisers w/o 20" wheels in California, mostly southern. My local NorCal dealer is still only getting them with 20" wheels. One dealer contacted me and is trying to find one he can trade for. For now I'm still waiting . . .
Dave from Nashville here. Picking up my new blue, LC edition tomorrow. It has 18" std. Took me a few months to find and wait for it to arrive though since most of the (blue) LC-editions in mid south spec 20s. Best of all, dealer is only 2 hours from me. Interesting sidenote: without me needing to ask, dealer extended 4% discount too. For the record: Peppers Toyota in Paris, TN. Rep Amy was so incredibly helpful it made buying a new car almost enjoyable. (Happy to share her contact info separately.)

I just took delivery this past Saturday of a Land Cruiser Land Cruiser without the premium package with 18 inch wheels in eastern Ohio. I’m actually not from that area but in southeast PA ((Philadelphia)). SE PA gets its vehicles from mid Atlantic Toyota distributors at Port Newark, New Jersey. This distributor serves the East Coast states from Maine to Virginia. All LC LC in this area only come with 20 inch wheels w or w/o premium pack. Through scouring the Toyota inventory I discovered that Ohio vehicles did have what I was looking for. Turns out Ohio, and probably all of the Midwest get their cars from the NW Distributor, port of Portland, Oregon and are shipped east by rail to that area. Vehicles through that port are available with the 18 inch or 20 inch wheels. I also discovered that Southeast toyota distributor: port of Jacksonville, Florida also has the same vehicles with or without 18 inch wheels. This distributor covers the area of the Carolinas, Georgia and Florida. Go figure……..

Seems to be a mix here in Denver. I didn’t have much trouble finding a LC LC premium with 18s.
I live in Chicago and had to scour the Earth for 18’s on a base LC. Closest I could get with what I wanted is in Paris, TN. Arrives hopefully this week and I am excited despite knowing I’ll have to nurse it home at 55mph in short spurts due the break-in procedures. I wish Toyota would put the wheel preference in the filter list on their site. I spent hours looking for a closer vehicle while I’ve waited for this one.
