I do 16 miles commute daily, mostly freeway at 65 mph in eco mode, no roof rack and im lucky to see 21 mpg. And I hyper-mile in the in town part. Sorry for sarcasm but 23 mpg in town is obviously not reality, but I see you clarified your scenario
I think your options get much better if you bite the bullet and go with 265 70 18's. This is size that comes on LC LC and FE models. Thats what I did and most options are very good on pricing.
Dealer couldnt replicate last week and told me I have to leave it overnight. I said you guys know about this issue, which she said yes, but they have to hear it themselves for a warranty issue. wtf
Maybe preliminary but now that i'm over 1500 miles on my LC, the mpg has appeared to hover around 22 mpg now versus a starting point of 18mpg. Like a switch went off... we wil see....
The victory racks look good. Im looking at getting the short version but idk if wind noise will be a factor. I already have hearing loss due to my Jeep Gladiator. Everything is quiet to me compared to that.....
Lever that jacks up passenger seat (1958 model). It pulled off. Keeper was broken. Dealer just called said they cant hear the squeal. Of course not. Damn dealer
im glad you posted this because im looking at those same tires when my lift and wheels come in. I like the non E rated versions of those as the tire weight is only 47 lbs per tire. Thank you
