im just OCD like that. I'm still annoyed that my Tundra didnt come with a matching spareI admit that I'll probably just keep the same spare ... 265/60/20 and 285/65/18 are within a millimeter or two so that seems fine?

I went with different wheels because my wife did not like the stock ones!Other than looks why did you change wheels?
Should the tires rub with stock FE wheels?
What brand tires did you go with
Seems totally fine. Not harsher if anything maybe a tad softer. How is the ride quality with a load E tire? Is it much harsher?
I've another couple hundred miles on it. About 50 of those were on forest service roads. I don't find the road manners more harsh, the height between 245 to 275 is definitely noticeable. It may be a bit more sluggish, but not significantly. The mileage is pretty terrible before and after the new tires in my opinion. The best I've gotten on a ~10 mile trip is 22mpg according to the computer. I saw that the tires would throw off the mph and computer by 1.054. If I'm doing the math correctly, my best trip would be adjusted to just over 23mpg.Curious on your thoughts after you've had more time to drive it: 1) are the road manners more harsh with a load E tire and 2) is it more sluggish, and assume less MPG. Hard to baseline those comparisons with only 300 miles pre new tires, but curious nevertheless.
Looks like a 7β wheel is an acceptable width for those, and 33β shouldnβt be too tall so Iβm thinking you are in good shapeMy LC has OEM 245/70/18 tires. I am considering 265/70/18 Nito Rridge Grapplers and my question will these work with my stock LC?
Will this tire fit into the spare well?Put on new BFG KO3 275/70/18 on stock 1958 drives like a dream
YesWill this tire fit into the spare well?
Interesting, just picked up a 1958 with 265/65/18 that went through SET. Would have liked the 265/70/18. Maybe FE vs 1958My FE came with Nitto Ridge Grapplers 265/70/18. Apparently Southeastern Toyota is installing these at port.
Not unless dealers are adding them as options PIO and your paying $3500 for them over msrpMy FE came with Nitto Ridge Grapplers 265/70/18. Apparently Southeastern Toyota is installing these at port.
No my FE came with 265/70/18 Michelin trail pitiful excuse for all terrain tire . Switched to Falken AT4Interesting, just picked up a 1958 with 265/65/18 that went through SET. Would have liked the 265/70/18. Maybe FE vs 1958
question for @Dragoon - did you need to use different lug nuts for this install? I'm trying to get everything sorted ahead of time before my LC shows up ... thanks for any info you haveTundra/Sequoia TRD Pro BBS Forged Wheels - 18"x8.5" - 47.5mm offset. The tires are the factory Wildpeak in 285/65R18.

perfect, thank you for the infoIt isn't his vehicle I already asked him about it.
The thread pitch and length of the studs on the Land Cruiser is identical to the Tundra/Sequoia. You can use your OEM lug nuts with no problem.
This looks great. What rail do you have mounted here? And, is it useful as a step?I had the dealer swap 265/70-18 KO3s onto our 1958 model. That's the best fit for the stock 7-inch rims and look good. The dealer even gave a credit for the all-season stock tires.
