FYI 2025 Landcruiser Premium does not come with Sway Bar Disconnect as standard

I guess mine was rare. It was the cheapest LC PP that I got lucky with:

• Front Skid Plate: $440
• Tailgate light, $150
• Rear Bumper Guard $230

MSRP around $68k

Came with standard 18" wheels, leather seats (PP) and nothing else. No roof rack, no 20" wheels, no sport exhaust, etc.

Did you figure out what Rear Bumper Guard is ? Mine came with it but selling dealer did not know what it was and checked around several other dealers and they did not know. Interweb has no information on it . Hate to spend 230 on it and not know what it was

after a lot of research I think it is this. It seems this was standard on 2024 models and Toyota made this an addon for $230, that is the reason every 2024 LC that I have seen has this on it.
Cant be 100% sure though

I’m pretty sure this is the rear bumper guard. It was one of the few extras my LCLC that I picked up a week ago came with. You can hook it up so it protects the interior lift gate or you can fold over to protect it from sliding things in and out. Definitely not worth $230 but also not useless

Hello all, new user. Thanks for building and contributing to this site, it has been good reading for me while awaiting delivery -which is in a week or so.

I put a deposit down on a LC LC with premium package with many additional trinkets thrown in that i don't need.

I was not aware at the time of signing that Toyata had changed sway bar disconnect to optional for LC LC. Go build a 2025 landcruiser on toyota's site and you will see you have to add it to the build.

Dealer just told me that none of the 2025 LC on their way to the southeast have the sway bar disconnect option either. They are checking to see if they can add the system to the truck after delivery. Hopefully they can...

This is deal breaker for me if they can't, so i'm now looking at GX550 as an alternative now and trying to get my deposit back.

if your wondering why, I've suffered with manual disconnects in the past and prefer not to crawl around on the ground digging muck and vegetation out of the sway bar links trying to jimmy the pins back in. Yes i'm too old and spoiled for that anymore, especially with only 8 inches of ground clearance aired-up on pavement.

Some of the premiums don't show the SDM on the window sticker but will show the sway-bar disconnect in cabin photos taken at the dealership. So It seems like a lot of them still have it as a standard feature, but for some reason some are still paying the $1250 because it only shows on some window stickers.

Yes I can confirm! My LC PP has the stabi bar disconnect and wasn't listed as an option in the Toyota pdf. But another LC PP (in a different color) had it as a option listed at the $1250. The SRP was adjusted for it. Super weird and pretty annoying as its not clear unless you compare it with another listing.

Purchased my LC LC last night and the vehicle had the $1230 option for Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism on the sticker.

ours was delivered to the dealership Monday as a premium package and ours did not have the SDM on the window sticker and it's a blank unmarked button on the center console. it came with the front skid panel upgrade though
