With the help of @EOD Guy I was able to figure out how they disabled the GPS, mic, and cellular radios. For all curious it is a black box under the center console that has 2 wiring harnesses going to it and a grey cable that appears to be hard wired in (verifying that when I have more time)...

You still have to hit the start button to drive away.

I got her back! Nothing major outside of the window on the driver’s side and none of the electronics are working correctly. They disabled GPS, remote connect, WiFi, mics, etc. it doesn’t look like anything in the car was clipped. So, I’m not sure how they did it. The cool box tray was still...

If they cloned the key they wouldn’t have had to smash the window to gain access. This was likely an exploit in the OBD port. Either way I’ll have my baby back tomorrow and will update you all on her condition. Stay safe out there!

I just texted the officer that was investigating asking if he saw the video and how they took it. From what I gather the alarm was ignored because the hotel employees were in on it.

It wasn’t towed as far as I know. They broke the glass in the hotel lot and drove it away. I’m still trying to get access to the video.

In a WILD turn of events they have located my vehicle. I just got home to Buffalo, NY and received a call that they found my car in Toronto. So, I am going back to Canada tomorrow.
