Might want to consider trying a silicone adhesive pad from Amazon. I have not yet gotten my center console organizer from bgeorge. But was already looking into a way to make it nonslip.

I was secretly hoping that somebody can make an organizer fitting into 2nd row center floor that can turn it into an organizer and mini-lounge for the passenger at the cost of losing one passenger capacity. In my opinion that is where the cooler needs to go in the first place, not driver central console.
