Hi everyone, new to the forum, been lurking for a while. Currently have a 2012 FJ Cruiser with all the things. My 2024 land cruiser will be here early december.

I could use some advice and generally curious. Config I'm targeting right out of the gate:
  • 18in Methods tbd which 35 - 40 offset
  • Falken Wildpeaks at4 285/75/18 - I'll mount a 5th on a hitch tire carrier (TRAIL SWING®)
  • Westcott rack
  • toyota skid plate upgrade package ($805 one)

I'm wondering if those wildpeaks will fit with minimal rub without a lift and if anyone has done similar. I don't want to get the westcott collar lift, I want to wait until more basic lift options are released from folks like OME etc. But at the same time I want to get the tires and wheels now to be able to support some light overlanding/wheeling.

Thanks!
-Phil

I just installed 17” method 705’s with 285/75/17. No rubbing at all. Fills the wheel well and looks great. Don’t know if that extra inch will squeeze or not. The new offsets they’re offering for the LC worked perfectly. 35 mm offset, model # MR70578560535

Looks great - this is with no spacer lift on your rig?

If you happen to have one of the two-tone paint jobs methods titanium finish looks like a perfect match.

I am getting trail dust :). Yes that would be a great combination, I do prefer the look of the 705s as well.

What are the tires you have on there? Know the wildpeaks can be a bit larger too, which also has me concerned.

My first set of KO3’s. I’ve run KO2’s on my jeeps for years. So far the 3’s seem even better, quiet, sticky and aggressive looking.

How’s the full flex on these tires with stock suspension 🧐
