Who's getting a LC to complement or replace their FJ?

I'm keeping my FJ for now. It's been a fun drive and still is fun to drive. Lot of people say that its not a LandCruiser. Each to their own thoughts. I wonder if the first group will get a Die Cast like we got when we bought the FJ.

I get to keep my 2011 Trail Teams (Army Green) with 193k so a new driver in the family has something to drive.

I suppose I should add this to the thread now. I still need to sell the FJ.

I traded a 2007 FJ Cruiser for the 1958 model. The FJ lived in the North East all of its life and had terrible, Swiss cheese-like, frame rot...It had been repaired but with !85K on the clock, it was time. The 1958 model is very much like the FJ...Spartan and utility like , BUT with updated tech, fulltime 4WD and a true 4/5 seater...I hope I get the same service life. So far I have no regrets...

I did like the FJ very much, was sad to see it go ...but didn't want the continued headache of rotting metal.

I have had the new LC undercoated with Noxudol 300 to stave off any frame issues in the future.

I still have my FJ. 203K on the clock, runs like it's barely broken in. A California car, so no rust issues. Right now, I'm saving it as my "going fishing" car - doing the dirty work I don't want to subject my new LC to.
