I think the Toyo AT3’s are triple peak snow rated, and the Nitto’s are not(???). So maybe being in Colorado, the AT3’s would be more useful?
Zero change in mpg, almost no road noise and excellent driving dynamics. Cooper has nailed it in the ultimate multi-use tire that I can literally take anywhere. I wanted to avoid an E rated tire due to the loss in fuel economy with increased rolling resistance and poor road comfort. I'm hoping Cooper will not start making these in 275/70/18. Right now only Nokian and General making a tire in this size that is not E rated.
Great to hear your feedback, that was my exact experience with these tires on my GX460. I agree with the E-rated comment, I haven't found a need for E-rated in the terrain we have in Utah (Moab, trails, etc) unless the rock crawling a 4+ with aired down tires.

Thanks, I was originally going to run a +35 offset but a buddy suggested I go more aggressive with the poke. I personally am so happy I decided to go with the +0 as the stance on stock suspension is so much more aggressive now. A lift/level would look more proper for sure but the stock setup will get you by for a bit.
Which dobinsons kit did you install? It doesn't look like there's one available for the 250 yet...

I wonder changing the offset by 10-15 or going to 275/70r17 would make that difference. will solve this. It would great to have those. I love the poke on yours . Gives it a nice aggressive wide stance look.

I think it almost feels softer than then the 20” Dunlops. It’s a different ride than my Tundra but feels more like my sons Jeep but without the clanky feel.
I really think it looks good. Like my wife said, now it doesn’t look like a minivan.
Anyone using and have photos of the Black Rhino Stadium wheel in 17x8" +35mm offset? I'm thinking of doing this wheel with 255/80R17 tires (pizza cutters)
I posted these a few pages back. These are the 17x8 +35mm Black Rhino Stadiums. It is on the stock suspension, no rubbing. I have not tried to fit a spare yet. My tire size is 34x10.50r17 Another alternative tire size which is pretty comparable is 255/80/17, it is more like 10.0 width. I have a 1" front leveing kit I am thinking of adding but haven't decided yet.
Ok, looking good. I'm thinking about doing this. I tried the Tacoma TRD wheels in 18" with 285/65R18 but after I put them on my truck it just wasn't how I thought it would look in my mind. It's pretty much the same width as the stock tire which I like and I'll bet it's a smoother ride over the road bumps with that 8.5" sidewall. I'm wary of the brake clearance with 17" wheels but no one has reported a problem yet with gravel, mud, ice etc.
