Mercedes E350. I have had an E class for 30+- years. Made the switch to my own LC when I traded in my wife's 2005 LC with 287K miles on it.

🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

even with the most pragmatic estimate assuming it was purchased summer 2021 and sold fall 2024 that is good 6 + 12x2 + 9 = 39 = ~40 months of driving.

60 000 / 40 = 1 500 miles a month or 18 000 miles a year or 50 miles a day. Are these numbers sound crazy only to me? 🙈
It’s easy to drive 18K per year. But I’m racking up the miles on other vehicles and keeping the LC washed and waxed in the garage saving for special occasions. I even enjoy just looking at it!

I let my 2014 4Runner go after 10 years. I pulled a stranded F150 out of lake Travis sand and mud with the runner once and when the, once in a lifetime, winter storm hit Austin and all electricity went out for a few days, I drove around with my 4 year old son and helped people stranded on the side of the roads. It felt like having most of north Austin roads to myself.
A few weeks ago the front suspension started making lots of noise so the dealership changed the control arms and things were good until another week more noises started. It sounded like bad cv axels and the dealership could not figure it out and blamed it on the custom lift kit and said there's nothing they could do. So I started walking around the dealership lot and saw an all black 1958 and 90 minutes later I drove out of there with a great deal below MSRP.
I took the LC to Big Bend national park last week and went off road on some of East River road on stock tires. This thing is a beast. A direct upgrade over the 4runner. A different and more capable rig and yet very much the same car. It was tough letting go, it felt like losing a dog but there is a new pup in town

2014 BMW X3 - could not have asked for anything more from this vehicle, it was reliable and always performed

2006 Prius. I waited a LONG time. Giving the Prius to my son as it still runs great!

2023 Porsche Macan GTS. Amazing blend of sports car and SUV but I wanted something with more off-road capability. Very happy with the LC so far.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X AEV Duramax. Total pile of sh*t. Lemon law'd it out and offered full buy-back + attorney fees. GM didn't even put up a fight. Constant low DEF level readings, check engine lights, multiple times of reprogramming/updating various electronics, hard down-shifts, blah blah blah... after four months and six service visits, I was done.

Just put in a deposit on a LC to replace my 2016 VW GTI. Love the car but it's time to get a larger vehicle for family adventures in Colorado.

Last couple years I've been seriously considering a 5th Gen 4Runner, but I found it hard to justify the prices (especially used prices during COVID) for what is effectively a truck from 2010.

We test drove a 4Runner (ORP: $53K) and LC250 (LC Non-Premium: $64K) and the difference was night and day. I'll gladly pay $11K extra for the extra power, MPG, full-time 4wd and safety technology on the LC250.

BMW 328 turbo diesel sport wagon, owned Mercedes E turbo diesel, Dodge Cummins, three 4Runners and a Tacoma. Like the vintage 1958 unique style that stands out, not impressed with turbo hybrid and questionable tranny, cannot keep up in traffic getting annoying with all that power on paper. Not sure if this is a keeper, feels like driving a worn out beater…

Sold my lamborghini gallardo a few months ago and it's being replaced for the 25 LC in heritage blue :ROFLMAO:. My favorite car I've ever owned was my 2020 Tundra which I tore up from front to back and built out for off road. I've been itching to build out another Toyota truck. LC will be my daily beater and I still have my GT3.
