So I had my moonroof in the “up” position and when I did the long press on the “down” button it went down and immediately back up. I had to tap the “down” button several times for it to settle in the down position. Has anyone else experienced this?

can’t say I have. I open it quite frequently
Haven't experienced this, used it every day before we got into winter weather.
