I still have no regrets, I love the fit and feel of the Katzkins. Good luck with whatever you decide.I paid for a Katzkin upgrade when I bought the 1958 a few weeks ago. But I love the cloth seats so much that I am very hesitant to take it up to dealership to reupholster. I called the dealership and they said you can wait a few weeks and to take my time.
I don't know, with dogs and kids, the leather gives you a piece of mind but the kids fall asleep on the cloth seats much faster. The cloth seats were superb on a 7 hour road trip. Maybe I'll get a refund but not sure. Let me know if you had a similar predicament and how happy you are with the katzkins instead of the cloth seats.
