I-FORCE MAX Badge

I actually wanted to do the cursive ones found on the heritage 200 series. But then I saw they are $300.
I removed mine easily. I used a hair dryer on it for about 2 minutes to heat up the adhesive backing, then I used dental floss to "saw" through the adhesive--took less than a minute. The residual adhesive left behind was easily removed using Goof-Off (available at Home Depot for about $5). I looks cleaner with it removed, I find.
I didn't even use any chemicals. I just rubbed it and it came right off. You could probably wipe it with some soap and water or rubbing alcohol if you wanted. But I didn't have any residue on mine.

Nice! I wish mine came off clean.

Maybe just maybe the next generations of LC’s won’t have the iforce max emblem… probably not… just a hope
They may well not. It seems we’re in the early stages yet of hybridization & electrification where Toyota still wants to be sure to let everybody know that their whole lineup consists of hybrids. Once that’s commonplace of not outright expected, there’s no need for a badge.

After all, how often do you see cars nowadays sporting badges with things like “5-speed”, “automatic overdrive”, or “turbo”. & while engine badges are still common (“5.0” anyone), you certainly see fewer V6 & V8 badges than you once did. Even trim badges seem to be toned down, except perhaps in the most expensive of trucks or as plastic front fender filler.

Can anyone confirm that they peeled it off without any negative impact on the paint?
Yup - I warmed it up first with a hair dryer, and peeled it off (did not come off in one piece). My vehicle (Meteor Shower) looks way better without it.
