Does anyone actually get the posted 22/24 mpg?

With all due respect to whoever posted the video which I did watch and was helpful, and all due respect to the Car Care Nut...but that's bull crap. I shouldn't have to drive my car like I'm playing some kind of minigame to get the expected gas mileage.
The expected mileage is based on an EPA test cycle that specifies that one should drive like that. Manufacturers are simply learning to design engine systems that are incrementally more efficient in such driving conditions.

Depending how I am driving influences my mpg's I can do the same drive and get 18 or 22. I also have noticed the mileage drops considerably from driving 65 to 85 or more. I also learned yesterday the mpg value maxes out at 99.9 mpg. Was driving out of Joshua Tree National Park into 29 Palms which is a steady downward grade and was pretty much coasting. Once it hit 99.9 it stopped increasing.
