Climate setting question

Hi folks: I've driven a Land Cruiser since 2013, currently drive a 2017. For these 12 years, when I turn my car off for the day, I leave my climate control setting on. I travel with two dogs and the back AC is always on lo. When I get back in my care the next day, my climate settings are the same as I left them. Now, after a service by Toyota 12/24, the settings are all canceled out, AC is OFF and when I turn it back on the front is defaulted to 75° and the rear to 70°. Is that something someone at Toyota did to cancel out my settings?? Something they have punched that I just am not aware of?? It's frustrating to have to reset everything when it should just still be how I left it the day before. Any insights????

Could it be something as simple as they had to disconnect your battery to do the service & so memory was wiped out? Or do you mean to say the car continues to not remember your settings as it used to? You did say it was back on 12/24, so awhile ago now. Not familiar with these at all to know where the technical answer might be.

I had the battery replaced 2/25, I was hoping THAT would reset things, but it didn't. It's just continued to cancel out my settings since the 12/24 service. It's due an oil change now so I'd like to have an idea what to say when I take it back. I did go back right after the 12/24 service and mentioned my concern; service advisor wanted me to bring it and leave it overnight so they could see what it was doing, and I opted not to do that at the time, thinking I could just figure out what they did.

Hopefully somebody might have some ideas you can throw at your service advisor if it isn’t some buried menu setting somewhere. & save them from having it overnight.
