Breaking in new LC- Myth vs Fact

Several purchasers are flying to dealerships to purchase LC and driving the LC back to residence. What is protocol for proper breakin driving of new LC 250?
Some say drive it like you intend to drive it always?
Don’t use cruise and keep constant at high speed?
Alternate acceleration up and down first 500 miles?

Welcome. Your break-in routine sound good to me. Additionally, don't push it too had for the first 500 miles or so, and as you say, varied speeds, letting off the accelerator periodically to flex the piston rings the opposite direction.
