Does any have the idea what will be the best audio setting for the JBL audio system? Like how to set the bass, mid, and treble for overall?

As mentioned "Everybody's ears and musical tastes will vary, so "best" will all subjective." but I have used a microphone (not calibrated) and played my pink noise file w/ analysis on my iPad and it was pretty balanced. Not perfect but not huge spikes or dips. I tend to adjust a tic to the rear in most cars, but you really lose a lot of the highs in the Toyota doing that. The only change I did was shift the bass and mid up a 2 steps for a little better bass. My Subaru Outback that I made a sub enclosure for a 8" Morel had MUCH better bass, but for what the JBL lacks in sound quality is made up for in not having to dismantle the car and cursing to upgrade the system.

Agreed. 1-2 ticks to bump up the back and same for the base and treble. Sound seemed much more full and balanced after those tweaks.

Still not able to get the full surround sound premium experience of luxury SUVs but very good for everyday use.

I would recommend that you set all the controls "Flat". Find music you know well with a wide spectrum of sound (bass, vocals, highs). The source matters quite a bit. Using a high resolution file (24 bit-Qobuz is a great source-download the file then use a wired connection) then slowly adjust the frequency rage for YOUR ears. You introduce a wide verity of variables in asking what folks have for their settings. Source files, hearing loss, internal acoustics (empty cargo, seat covers, add on accessories such as shelving units and the like) all will have an impact. There is a wide difference in sound from Sat radio, USB downloads, wired and bluetooth connections, even terrestrial radio sources. Depending on what you are looking for you may want to find music that moves the sound front to rear or side to side. "Walk on the wild side" moves the sound stage from rear to front. "
