2” fully lifted kit

Great info and build! Man, I’m getting color envy. Should have waited for a Heritage Blue. Settled on a WCP since it was 5k off.
$5k off! What’s a great deal! I think the “temperature” is cool down now.

In last August, when First Edition LCs were super rare and all sold out even they were not leaving Japan yet! I called all the dealers in CA, AZ, UT to try to get one…Either non exist or asked $10k-$15k over the window sticker prices. Almost gave up, but fortunately I was happy to pay $5k over to have “her” in SoCal 😜 No regret to have “her” till now because I want 1 of 5000 limited FE as my collection in “heritage” blue. I put tons of love on “her” (check out my posts) and soon I will list all the loves I “dedicated” for “her” 😜 a lots …

Go with your love 😜. Enjoy your LC

Crazy thing was I purchase in July when discounts were unheard of. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any color. All are very nice. I’m enjoying the LC and learning lots with this community. Happy LC! No regrets

That looks great and with 35s it'll look even meaner. I am deciding between the TC w/ Kings or ICON Vehicle Dynamics. It's a tough one as they are a bit different. I had the Stage 7 ICON lift on my 2010 4Runner that was amazing but the heim joints were not the best thing for a daily driver. I have the Carli Pintop lift with Kings on my F-350 which is also great. Man, it's so hard to decide how to reduce my total networth. lol :ROFLMAO:

“Icon is great, but King is meaner” hahah copy your statement 😜 😜
Actually, King is better as you know and experience with.
Good luck
Here are the stuffs I took off from my LC only 3400 miles

Following haha, I have the exact tire & wheel setup as you, been considering a lift like this. How of that $7.5K was just labor alone?

I had detailed breakdown parts and labors (installation + wheel alignment) in previous post.
The 2 labors above cost $1,300 which INCLUDED in the TOTAL $7,500

link or details on the panhard bracket? is that Dr KDSS? thanks!

After installing Frontrunner Drawer system + fridge slider in the trunk, and steel front bumper+1.2K lbs winch in the front, I decided to do “fully lifted” for the LC. I now got 2” lifted rear (actually 1.75” because of 125 lbs drawer system) and leveled the front to the rear.

The lift kit: TC (Total Chaos) upper control arm + 2.5” dia adjustable King shocks, and Dobinsons 2” lift springs (rear, 170-330 lbs constantly additional weight)

Currently I have 33” KO3 (275/70R18), and the run is great. Very happy with this upgrade for my off-road and on road use. I probably have 35” tires soon ;) to gain 1” more clearance.

Note: (I still have 3” clear to my garage opening to accommodate 35” tire;)
Updated: 35” (Falken Wildpeak AT 35/11.5 R18). No rub, not cut, no trim but 2” fully lifted as shown in earlier post

Also, I want to share the shovel setup with MOLLE side panel ( Agency 6 mini Aluminum shovel: super light weight/strong and proudly America made ;)

I like the billet upper and lower control arms and the adjustable tracking bar to stop the dogwalking effect with the ICON setup but I like the King shocks performance. The new photos with the 35s look absolutely fantastic. Nicely done. The Heritage Blue is just so cool.(y)

Really looks outstanding!
I saw this video (attached below) last night and this guy seems knowledgeable. He discusses putting 35's on along with King shocks, control arms, etc. Also a few other interesting mods. Interesting he does go back to 33's. Good information here.

Similarly, I have no intentions of going over 33 and am planning everything around that.

I watched it and followed him/his channel (Jeep guy / off-roading ) for few years. However, I came from 33” KO3 (10 ply / 60 lbs) to 35” Falken Wildpeak (6 ply / 62 lbs) and found NO DIFFERENT in power.
1” clearance gain is big deal in off-road.
You can see few videos and the recent one I just posted…clearance is kinda weak point of LC
Run is super smooth…no road noise notice and super comfortable with Kings shocks articulation/perform! Worthy suspension mods. Much love for my LC 😜

Agree 100% that clearance is a real issue with the LC250.
Couple of questions. In the video he says there is no re-gear available for the LC and it felt sluggish. Is re-gearing needed for 35's? He is the only one I have heard mentioning this.
Also, @t3lcfe, do you know how many inches of additional clearance you got with the 35's and the rest of your suspension. At stock I believe the official number is 8.7" of clearance approximately. Where do you stand now?

Re-gearing is only needed/must if you have huge jump to super large tires.
Our LC (FE) is designed /equiped with OEM 33” (almost), then 35” is just 1 step increased, therefore, No Need Regear.
This is general rule. If it is 37” or larger, YES need to consider re-gearing.

Man…the photo cannot do the Justice.
My LC now is transformed and looks HUGE/Aggressive stand. I am sure its off-road performance must making Jeep boys respect 🤭 😜

Usually, 35” makes the LC look way different already, but with fully 2” rear lifted, the wheel well clearance looks right proportionally and enough room for extensive suspension travel. These combinations make LC to be “different animal”. All what I say /share here is my personal real-life experience and hope it probably inspire some of you. Please no offense 😜

I will take time (crawl underneath my LC) to measure all clearances and post here again

I don't want to put you out to crawl underneath your truck, but if you do, very curious what you are at now. I was watching a Rivian video and the stock clearance on those was like 14"!! Why are we less than 9"?!! My biggest complaint. I can deal with the small gas tank. But thank you for the info you have already provided on your suspension.

Here are some photos with measurements.
The RED marks are my lifted LC. The GREEN marks are from my friend LC Premium (at my work). These help you to see the clearance differences
Generally, clearance is minimum 2” higher (?)

Do you have wheels spacers or just wheel to hub stock rims with 35s?
