You are waiting for the nearly impossible. You want a 'perfect' car with no issues. Not going to happen. As stated, you can make an educated guess, but even then, suppliers change.. small design changes occur, etc. Look at the airbag recalls that happened on a vast scale a few years back.
I had...
Reading thru the owners manual (multimedia one) it looks as though you can connect the LC to a wifi network at your house/garage and do 'OTA' updates via that method. It also mentions doing it via USB thumb drive.
As mentioned above, if it ain't broke... don't update it!
I haven't passed by any new LC's in my new LC... but, I have passed by several late model year LC's.
Can't say they waved or thumbs up?

I'm in Denver and DD'ed an M5 for several years. After getting the rims fixed several times, and sitting in stop and go traffic doing 10 mph for years it occurred to me that DD'ing an M5 is just not a great idea here. Don't get me wrong, amazing car and I loved driving it. But what is your time...
Hey All, looking at upgrading to the FE skids. Looking online at most parts suppliers, good price.. but $500 for shipping which is crazy town. I understand they are heavy and big, but most volume shippers get greatly reduced rates on shipping items such as these.
Anyone find a good price and...
In NW Denver, I've seen a few floating around. The other day we were going thru an intersection and I spotted a Meteor Shower LC and shouted out 'METEOR SHOWER!' as we drove bye.. my wife immediately popped her head up to the windshield and starting looking skywards.
Granted, she does not have...
I'm with you... don't like the idea of selling my data. We think that anything that is 'free' means we aren't paying for it.. you are, you just don't know how they are monetizing it.
With that said, I'm assuming the OTA updates are for the infotainment system? I don't care about the Nav updates...
Hello All! Picked up my LC Premium package yesterday. Reading the many threads on here, I declined all the Toyota App features much to the chagrin of my sales rep.
Other than remote start, is there really anything I'm missing? I understand that I'll have to pay for that feature after a year...
I also looked at Rivian last year. Having owned multiple EV's over the last 8 years, I can say the charging infrastructure is not there yet. They are great as DD's around town and you have a 240 garage charger. Trying to find a 110v outet, let alone a DC fast charger at some of the places I plan...
Nice rig! I got my Underground LC coming into the dealer next week... pretty excited. This forum has been great.

What folks said above is all accurate. Having owned many used BMW's over the years I can say 'There is nothing more expensive than a cheap german car.' One of my favorites was an X5 4.8is. It was an absolute beast.. both in speed and ride quality, but also in consuming gas and maintenance...
I think I'm planning on using these 1Up trays in the back mounted to a piece of plywood. To the OP, you probably would not have to have the handlebar straps using these trays.
I got away from fork mounts due to all the differing standards/sizes. I can use these for road/gravel/mtb with ease...
Not sure he understands this? 'The rear compartment has vents and USB-C ports indicating they did not prepare for or plan for having a separate rear interior for the markets with no third row.'
This was covered extensively in every review I saw that the hybrid battery takes up the third row...
My 2014 Chevy Volt runs the engine if it's been too long since it's run (driving around only on the battery too long). It also keeps track of the oil changes based on engine run time and I think overall time. Not hard to program any of the above mentioned items.
