I like them. I also have them on my FJ60 series and they run great. I think the E rated thing is a bit overt talked about on forums and the same false assumptions just get passed along. I can barely even tell a difference if I do its in the positive.
method 707 matte black with 18mm offset. Toyo AT3 275/70/18. Basically the rounded part of the tire sticks past wheel well flare. The tread is under the wheel well still.
Hand calculated around 19.5 mpg with 1600 miles on odometer and several road trips. My trip computer reads at times 25mpg but we all know that is wrong. I hand calculate at fill ups and pretty consistently around 19-20mpg.

I think the tow haul mode makes it engine only and the hybrid doesn't turn on. Maybe not everyone wants that when they tow a smaller trailer. Not sure on this reasoning but it is an educated guess.
I found one with markups but for the markups they added PPF and window tint and warranties. All other dealers I talked to except Puyallup, marysville which would sell for msrp, wanted markups for nothing. I originally last year put deposit in right when they announced the new landcruiser that...
It was one place of many they added. They also did the hood and entire front bumper mirrors, rock hitting points also tinted windows and they charged me for it. I talked them down from doing the full PPF install but had to settle for half the install on the FE. All the other dealers around...
Added the RAV4 volume knob and Toyota cargo mat for the rear. Also added in the past month new tires and wheels. Toyo AT3 275/70/18 with Method wheels I ceramic coated has 18mm offset. Added front trd emblem. Added Toyota premium horn upgrade. Took off iforce max emblem. Added the lighted door...
I agree. I feel like this vehicle was custom made for me. So far the best vehicle I have ever owned.
If judging just on those 3 criteria I would say it is a bit heavy and blocky as mentioned and gets decent mpg and has plenty of power. The blockiness is also what makes it look so good so I...
I assume this option keeps the rear seat in place still. The pic on the website shows it level in the rear so its hard to tell if the rear seat is still there. As we know when it is folded it is not level at all.
I 100% agree on the low fuel level warning needed. I did a 1400 mile road trip and almost ran out of gas as I wasn't paying attention. Looked down and 15 miles left to empty...... yikes. No warning. It really needs a low fuel level beep or something. It has everything else that beeps?
I have found the perfect driving condition is around 55-60 on a flat road. Mine kept going into electric mode and for two hours I averaged 35 mpg. Most general highway driving up and down its more like 19mpg. I just did a 1400 mile road trip and saw all sorts of conditions. I even had a...
I have to say with the 275/70/18 tires and this offset it slings a lot of mud on the side of the car. I was in deep mud this weekend and wow it completely covered the side quickly. Even with the mud flaps. Just an FYI. and I did not get pics. The actual poke on the tire is right at the edge...
