๐Ÿ› ๏ธ What Have You Done To Your LC250 Today?

Got the Carista Evo today and customized the following hidden settings on the LC FE.
  • got rid of that annoying driver seatbelt chime
  • trunk lid button lower dash from long push to short push
  • signal chime from medium to low
  • long push on remote to lower all the windows at once including the sunroof
Same same. Got mine yesterday and made the same adjustments, subtle but definitely an improvement. Also increased ventilation setting, although hard to tell if that did anything.

I also tried the high silent setting on the seat ventilation and also didn't notice any difference, so I set it back to normal. Real reason why I got this was to stop the driver side seatbelt chime.

Exactly. Anything else is a bonus.

Vic 4x4 sliders. Finally ready for the nastier trails again . Wasnt cheap though and still donโ€™t have the lighting hooked up. Donโ€™t know that Iโ€™ll bother

lol. ghetto rigged a Garmin power switch battery mount. 5 x 12awg wires pass through the firewall through the little grommet on the drivers side and routed to the back under the floor panels. The wires then travel up the rear wheel (below the cup holder) down to the batter compartment.

I plan to have a DTP connector mounted in the engine bay for the 5 outputs. This possibly could be 2 female connectors a 4 and 2 pin. TBD

These look awesome. Is there any rubbing? How is the +35mm offset working out?
Works great, no rubbing and I don't expect any given that it's the stock tire size and only 2.5cm further out. Swapped the factory 20s with some Blizzaks mounted onto them back on for winter. Hopefully it'll have skids and sliders on it before the snow melts and I can see how well it does on some legit trails in the spring.

I did not get a rail delete kit but have a rack being installed on Monday that will replace the FE rack so shouldn't be an issue. For now I removed everything except for the 12 bolts.
I have the 3/4 OEM rack and was told itโ€™s not easy to remove and that I would need the delete kit. Is this true?

@Matface removal was straightforward, it took me maybe 45 minutes to remove it by myself. If you aren't going to replace it with an aftermarket rack then you will need to get the delete kit so that the factory mounting points are weather sealed. But if you'll be running an aftermarket rack it will use those locations so don't bother buying one.

Swapped out the factory roof rails and port installed crossbars for a Sherpa! Will be listing both for sale soon. There was no daylight left for a pic, so here she is in the underground garage.

Donโ€™t judge the hideous dangling dashcam cord ๐Ÿ™ˆ Itโ€™s just a temporary install until I get the windshield (and windows) tinted next week

Today while inspecting my air filter, I came across what appears to be failed sound insulation at the bottom of the air box. I removed it but it no longer has a visible part number.

Installed the @Dongar Pro power adapter and a dash cam running off the factory dash cam power. Iโ€™ll post more photos tomorrow probably. Toyota did not make it easy to find that connector!

How much did it cost you to buy card and have it programmed?

Order from the east coast Toyota dealers like Ed Martin Toyota. Much cheaper than west coast like California. I ordered from Grieco Toyota. Part number and cost provided below.

As far as cost to program, could be cheap or expensive, depending if you know someone at your local stealership. One of the best accessory on my LC FE. Absolutely loving it.
