I installed 265/70/r18 wildpeak at4w SL several weeks ago, I road force balanced them twice, in the place that installed them and at Toyota dealership. There is no vibration but at 33PSI they ride as if they overinflated, bumpy. Is it how AT tires ride ?

Keep trying to tell people, none of this stuff beats a top end Mich LTX of choice. ๐Ÿ™€ ๐Ÿ™€ ๐Ÿ™€

What vehicle were you used to driving prior to the LC? AT tires will generally ride harsher but you are also in a body on frame vehicle, which will also ride harsher than a unibody vehicle. The stock Dunlop's I have on are running around 33 PSI. Even these "AT" tires (very mild AT) get bumpy at times. The wildpeaks are probably more so. I would not go by the manufacturers recommended PSI. Try chalking to see if you are overinflated or not.

I think stock 20" dunlops were more comfortable than these at4w.

So any of the LTXs? Any preferred?
I have run LTXs on all my trucks for the past 15 years. Both the MS/ & Defender. The Cross climate looks very good, can't report anything about it. I will go to the new Defender LTX Platinum for the first time, irresistible to try it out on the LC when it shows up.

The Michelin tires were the only tires not to frag under very severe use conditions in the middle east, first hand knowledge.
Arguably these were high speed tests and in the heat of the summer days and very hot tarmac conditions. Not off road type hazards. Michelin owns Pirelli. The Perellis were good, but the Michilins were the best across the board.
Michelins for regular use off season. Take your pick for wheeler season. Goodyear and Goodrich high end knobbiest. A spare set of rims, easy change outs.

Any of the LTX series for trucks handle better than anything else in the same class tire. I like to make corrective moves quickly never worrying about the vehicle response and knowing what to expect. I enjoy cruising through turns at speed completely under control and solid. Not many tires will do that the way i expect it. The Michilins do.
The number 1 rated tire in accidents by the CHP is Michelin's. Any body shop owner that knows their stuff will confirm.
Good luck.

I have KM3s on my jeep, top rate, noisy rough, off road only or suffer on the roads.

Something else to consider. The full time 4wd allows us to do some creative and interesting things with the throttle and steering.
Not a soccer mom vehicle in this mode, drives like a sp[orts car,,, that a rear only vehicle won't do at all or poorly.
The tires need to be able to handle that front end power and steering.

I have the AT4W in 255/80R17 and don't have a bumpy ride. I calculated that the PSI based on the Falken load tables should be 39 psi. I have not done the chalk test yet, but the ride is pretty nice and the tires are not loud, even at 75+ mph.

Also, anyone knows why the hell are stock Dunlop tires that 20 inch wheels come with are so expensive? They are $330 per tire.

My Dunlops are made in Japan. Also in this video the tires are 20inch wheels with the Dunlops. Didn't realize their 330 per tire, I think I'll keep them on mine for a few years. They look like good tires imo
