Thank you! I wish I kept the 4Runner. Someone purchased it 2 days after I traded it in. Left everything on the rig minus the stuff on the roof rack that I moved over to the LC250.Your 4runner looks good, did you keep both?

Welcome to the Jungle!Hi Guys! First time ever joining a forum so please excuse me if I don’t quite have the hang of it yetJust wanted to say what’s up and introduce myself as I just picked up my 25’ LC premium up here in good ol’ Canada. Coming from a 3rd gen Tacoma and looking forward to building this new rig up!
Welcome to the Jungle!1st time Toyota owner…2025 Land Cruiser Premium. White Ice exterior, Java interior. Picked it up this past Saturday. Loving it so far, but a lot to learn. Most days it will be driven by my wife. Maybe I will get to drive it when she is out of town seeing the grandkids LOL!
I’ve been a Ford and Jeep guy most of my 54 years driving. In addition to the Land Cruiser I also have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon that I flat tow behind my 2021 Dynamax Super C motorhome. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Toyota continues to walk away from the motorhome market. None of their vehicles can be flat towed without modifications I am not willing to make. Jeep, Bronco, F150, GMC Canyon, Chevy Colorado can all be flat towed easily. I know many motorhome owners that are pulling Jeeps or Broncos, but would happily by a Tacoma, 4Runner or Land Cruiser if they could be flat towed. Seems like Toyota is missing a pretty lucrative market.
Glad I found this forum and look forward to learning from all of you. I’ve already picked up a bunch of good information and it has only been a few days.
Welcome to the Jungle!Hello everyone! Just joined. Waiting for delivery of a LC Premium. Hard waiting but will be reading up and learning as much as possible in the meantime.
Welcome to the Jungle!Greetings from Wyoming!
I recently purchased a 2025 LC 1958 model. It was not a planned purchase, but more a matter of emotion. I've been looking at vehicles to replace my wife's 2017 Explorer, which she really likes, and ended up at the Toyota dealer because we saw a Sequoia TRD Pro on the highway that my wife liked. Long story short, the Sequoia TRD Pro (aside from being $83k) only comes with center row captain's chairs, just like the new Explorer ST/Platinum. We have dogs and prefer a bench. So I looked at the new 4Runner and the LC250. While I really liked the 4Runner, I preferred the full-time 4WD of the LC and thought that the back seat was easier to get into.
Fast forward a week. I drive a 2022 F-150 Tremor which I ordered in 2021. In December, the front Torsen differential cracked and leaked oil. Took a month to get parts and get it fixed, so I didn't drive it in January. Last week, I noticed oil on the garage floor from the Tremor. Took it to the dealer and they said it had a cracked front differential and it needed replacement yet again. Trouble is, the parts are on engineering hold and unknown as to when they'll show up. They told me not to drive it too far and to bring it back every couple weeks so they can top off the fluid. Yeah, right. Amazing what being upset will do for motivation. I went to the Toyota dealer and bought the only available new Land Cruiser the next day.
Stumbled across this forum as I was trying to figure out what size tires to replace the pathetic highway tires that come standard. A set of KO3s are being installed on Monday. Thanks for the info here! Still waiting on rubber floor mats and a seat cover for the back so my dogs don't trash it. I'll get it all fixed up the way I want and then my wife will decide it is her's. This has happened before.
I saw a new 1958 at my dealer that had Katzskins leather seats on it replacing the cloth seats. My dog has shredded the cheesy perforated seats on the rear seat with her nails. I am getting Katzskins installed next week. I hope they hold up better than what Toyota provides on the LCLC. Katzskins uses perforated leather instead of the cheap cloth Toyota uses.Greetings from Wyoming!
