👋 Welcome to the new Land Cruiser Forum - Please post an introduction thread!

Greetings,

Really thankful that there’s a dedicated spot to get some solid information on the new 250.
Picked up a base with some options this week and we are loving it so far.

Lets start with why the 1958 has skinny tires? lol.

Please help us keep this site friendly and informative! Thanks in advance.
Hello, I am a current Jeep GC owner, thinking about LC at some point soon. Glad to be here, may post a few questions for those in the know. Looks like there is a lot of knowledge in this place!

Hello, I have a 99' 4Runner SR5 with 371,000 miles and just picked up my LC Premium 1 week ago. I fell in love with Land Cruisers since I saw my neighbor's 35 years ago while in high school. I'm looking to see what everybody is upgrading/adding to their new LCs and especially for off-roading (I have hopes of Overlanding the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands in 1-2 years). I'm a newbie for off-roading and kept my 4Runner all stock so have a lot to learn.

I'm from Florida, started with an FJ40 in 1976 and been drive LandCruiser since. TLCA#10387. The tag is from the Dark Continent of Namibia that I took off a LandCruiser . It had to go back on a LC.

Thank you guys for creating the forum for 2024 LC's, unfortunately I will be leaving the forum. I just sold my 24 LC 1958 with 634 miles. Just not the vehicle for me, for me it drove like a Rav4. Very hard suspension, too much road noise, uncomfortable, swayed bad when going over 100 and under powered. Again that is just my opinion, might be biased since I have the 2011 that drives rock solid so the comparison was not fair. I will be looking for some 2021 LC HE. 24 LC reminded me of my FJ Cruiser I had back in 2016, drives similar, similar seating position, and not that roomy.

Hope everyone enjoys their new purchase unlike me, sorry I am unreasonably picky :). Above is just MY observation.
Good luck everyone.

We're twins! I'm also in SLC with a trail dust! Best color by far!
I really love it, the pictures on Toyota's website just look yellow and don't do it justice. It's got some olive green in the shade and incredible in the sun. My first choice was Heritage Blue or Underground but I'm glad I ended up with this one.

Hello, new member here. Taking ownership of a Land Cruiser LC Edition, Underground color on Friday. I’ve had a Tundra, two FJ’s and I’m trading in a Tacoma for the Land Cruiser. Excited about the LC.

Welcome to the forum!

Hello, just picked up our 1958. Intended to get back into a 4runner but couldn’t pass up the LC. I have 3 kids in car seats. I’ve come from a 2015 4runner, 16 Tacoma build, 2019 rav4 adventure, and now have a 22 Tundra with cap. Traded a 23 pilot Trailsport for this.

Most everyone knows, wide is for show, skinny tires perform better off road.

Nice, I'm a new owner as well congratulations on your new purchase! I'm curious about where you got your scale model.

Hello from Dubai 👋

Just sold my Tesla Model 3 and got the Adventure (one lower than FE) Prado.

I’m coming from a Suzuki Jimny and a Nissan Micra world.

Although, I wasn’t able to take the grey underground color due to the waiting list, able to rock the white equally as hard.

Looking forward to discussing my thoughts 💭

Peace!
