Toyota App Climate settings issue via remote start

I'll change the desired temp on the app before remote start command is sent LC and there is no change when I get in. The temperature that was left then exiting the vehicle is still there. What am I doing wrong? Is this working properly for others?

I've definitely done that and still no change to the requested temp when sent to the vehicle.

I must be missing something - how do you adjust (or try to anyway) climate settings on the app? I don't see a way to do that in the app anywhere...

In the app, make sure the Remote button is selected. Above the Start button in the center, there is a little up arrow. Click on that and it opens several options including the climate settings to control temp and heated or cooled seats, defrost etc.

You can also customize the range on the digital key if you click on that which I just learned going through the app to make sure I was giving you the correct instructions.
