The tires that come with the 20" wheels are 265/60/20.
I'm strongly considering switching those out to 275/65/20, this would give me a tire diameter of 34.1" and a width of 10.8". Comes out to a tire that is about 1/2" wider and 1-1/2" taller than the stock tire.

I need to order tires. I'm going with the Falken AT4W HDs. They measure out at 33.43 per Falken. Can you confirm that you were able to fit a tire this size in the spare tire area underneath? I have a matching First Edition, btw. Very nice.

I did not swap the spare. I thought about it, but in the end decided it wasn't worth it. The size difference is not that great, and certainly less so than the small spares that come with most new cars. Talked to two different installers, and both agreed that for short distances there is no harm. But everyone needs to decide what's best for themselves. BTW, I went with KO3's, but I have the AT4's on my wife's RAM. It is a great tire also.

Can anyone tell me WHY the Nitto Ridge Grapplers in 275/70/18 wouldn't be the way to go on the stock 18s? I dig the aggressive looking treads on the sidewall, and the 33.19" size should fit on the spare.
