Remote App not working DCM

Hi all. 2 days ago I noticed my LC250 is no longer connected. The DCM symbol on the dash is crossed out. The Toyota app doesn’t work for any commands. Lock or in lock doors doesn’t work and remote start doesn’t work either. Not sure what happened. Just keep getting an error message about it timing out. Planning take a trip to the dealer next week.

Here is what I have done so far:
-started the app, sign out and signed back in
-restarted info and security on the car

Any ideas?

You might try and uninstall the app, the reinstall it. Others have had success doing that.
 
Update. Called the # in the app. They can see the codes failing to lock or unlock and remote start the car. Next steps, go to the dealer.
