Rear differential lock

Yea, I read that first. No mention of a dependency on the center lock. I was wondering if others are able to lock the rear without locking the center.

They don't want people using the rear locker except a low speeds.
Most don't understand what's going on mechanically and abuse or break things quickly when locked up.
