POWER BACK DOOR ( PDA ) NOT WORKING

I have searched YOUTUBE and not found a solution for getting my power rear tailgate to work again. I have gone in and turned off and back on in settings . Any solutions out there from anyone that has been through this ?

Never mind ....I figured it out . It was the back tailgate glass was not showing shut so I open the glass and shut it good and then the power tailgate worked. I will leave this up for anyone else does this lol
