PlastiDip or Remove iForceMax branding?

Love it.

I like the 4 Wheel Drive badge as a nod to the LC heritage. If anyone buys an OEM version, beware there's a little curvature on the backside that has to be shaved down, which matched the older LC profile. Best to go aftermarket with a flat version, and those usually have channels machined into the back to accommodate the adhesive tape so it sits flush against the sheet metal.

On the old square LC's, that badge is killer. The mid years (curvy) I'll pass. The LC 250 is square but is not that of old.

We haven't decided on which color for the heritage blue. Any thoughts?

This is exactly what I'm doing as well. Already have the black one in the garage, ready to apply once I get the truck.

As someone else (@utahguy ) already mentioned, mine came with the "channels" ground out of the back for the adhesive to set so it should sit flush'ish with the body.

Anyone with meteor shower that removed it have a pic? Curious to see how it looks as I’m contemplating removing it too

First thing I'm doing to my rig is remove that tacky looking badge

I removed mine. Used a heat gun - came off easily with no damage to the paint.

Guess it's color-specific for me: I was on the fence about removal.. saw the pic of the white one and didn't like it without the badge, but now seeing it on the same Meteor Gray that I have, I think I prefer the look when removed. In fact, I think it's better this way than it would be if on but blacked out. Just very clean.

On a black LC, the "Landcruiser" logo is invisible, so it's off balance as well if you keep iForceMax badge on.
I'm a bit surprised Toyota didn't match the "Landcruiser" logo with the Heritage Toyota on the grille. Seems
a little naked back there on the black.

Yep, saw a black one on the freeway today here in Austin, a first edition, and you couldn’t see the Land Cruiser badge on the back at all - thought it was strange they didn’t make the badge silver for the black.

Might balance out the back if you put one on the opposite side of the black Land Cruiser badge.

How did y’all remove the badging? Heat gun to pull off and then goo-gone for the adhesive residue?

Never done that before.

I removed mine. It was an 80 degree day, I used a little goo gone and some dental floss, using a kind of sawing motion. It came right off, no adhesive residue or anything. Did have to clean off the goo gone but that was it.
