Just rechecked with admiral (who use that awful online system for vehicle change quotes) and there is still no 2024 Landcruiser 250 showing whether FE or invincible (however spelt) on their drop down
Hopefully those getting UK delivery before me will be able to push forward the insurance situation and ensure by the time mine is ready (18/10/24 remains the ETA) I will be able to get cover from my existing insurer

I’ve got my reg but as it’s not registered I presume it won’t show yet soon as it’s registered I’ll input it into some insurance sites on my insurance I put my own vehicle on the insurance database but we’ll see soon as I know you will know

Yup same tyres as the last two or three LC’s I’ve had as were the illuminated side bars. The roof rack was never an option so they were always going to charge for that and I can’t see it being less than £1,500 which probably brings in a few independent manufacturers into play.
Does anyone have a new extras list with roof rack etc?

Dave are you buying from a dealer in the “Severn Valley” as a VK is a plate from that region - if you are not it suggests they are registered at port of entry in Bristol

Hello probably not I imput my own and had to pick the nearest although it accepted the reg i,m on a Motor Trade policy in name only as transporting cars is classed as Motor trade but i do not sell or fix cars etc and we imput the new car ourselves into the MID system
A friend connected to the motor trade called me today with the offer of an Invincible at list price with a November delivery date due to a cancelled order. It’s in black so I’ll stay in the eternal wait line but interesting prospect……..
Hello all does anyone know about tow bar
I was offered one by my dealer at time of ordering, so included it on my order. However, the spec that I posted last week showed that one is included as standard, which is confusing. The option prices are on the Toyota media site….see below:

My dealer is saying once the vehicle is on the way they can order stuff so I am likely to get a set of rubber mats - don’t want muddy boots from a shoot messing up carpet and rubber mats just feel right
Anyone having theirs ceramic coated - tempted - doesn’t seem like there is any scope to swap the tyres via the dealer - so it would be the obvious route of just buying another set and trying to sell the unused as supplied set - not sure that will be easy in the UK - not sure who would want a set of 18 inch Dunlop AT23’s

I was quoted today £1592.88 inc *£972.00 labour for a tow bar complete !!!!! from my Dealer this is getting out of hand so I called Toyota UK to as what comes with these cars as I have paid for my LC in full yesterday
Ive not been offered anything at all thats why theres so much uncertainty !! inthe states the recon the receiver part of the hitch is factory.
OK some good news……. Looks like my grey Invincible delivery is now 11th December so way better than ‘maybe in January’.

Great news it’ll probably be earlier as the seem to say longer if you badger Toyota Uk they will tell you the ship name and bin no a bit nearer the time
