Hey - just picked up a set of these for my Land Cruiser. How did you get in behind the grill to tighten the nut? Did you need to remove the cover of the grill?

Nope. Think thin, flexible fingers, lol.

Hey - just picked up a set of these for my Land Cruiser. How did you get in behind the grill to tighten the nut? Did you need to remove the cover of the grill?

I added the colored mountain badge. It's extremely hard installing it without taking the grill off. It took me 20-30 minutes and sweating in the heat hoping I would not drop the nut and be lost forever. I had to start over multiple times as I was losing my grip on the nuts. I hand tightened as hard as I could and will check it periodically. It would have been easier if they were wing nuts like from the Grill Badge Store.

How did you install it? I tried for over an hour and could not figure out how to get the second bolt on.

Lol... I think I held the nut with skinny needle nose pliers.
