Has anyone mounted a Ski Rack to their roof rack or cross bars? Would love to see pics and which ones people are leaning towards.

Cargo box here. If you ski a lot, and I hope you do, do yourself a favor and invest in a cargo box.
Especially if you want to be sure that you will not fit into 95% of parking garages that you find!
I have a Yakima Fatcat 6 that I mount onto the OEM crossbars on my 2016 Tahoe. Planning to do the same with the LC when it gets here. It works well.
The LC looks to actually be 2” taller than the Tahoe according to published specs. So to my point above I have to be careful. On the Tahoe the rack made clearance 6’6” alone and about 6’10” with skis in it. 6’10” was enough to keep me out of several of the parking garages downtown and 6’6” felt too close for comfort several times though I never made contact.
So, assuming the crossbar is the same height on the LC I’ll be running 6’8” which does not excite me. I might consider a roof rack because it looks to the naked eye like those might be a bit more svelte.

BTW I do have a cargo box and love it. I just don’t run it all the time, like I see people do around here on their Subies.
