My rear seatbelt on 24 LC is jammed and won't retract or anything -- I think we pulled it out too far to hook up car seat for baby -- any suggestions on fix?

I would carefully use a slender screwdriver inserted alongside the belt where it exits from the tensioner, and see if the belt could be turned on the belt take-up drum just a tad farther to trip the ratchet pawl.
