Issues with Video Screen/Maps/Music

I purchased a 2025 Land Cruiser (Base Model) about 10 days ago. Twice now, including earlier today, the video screen did not come on. So, no radio, maps, etc. I am wondering if there is some button or something I did to cause this vs. a malfunction which I need to address with the dealer. I looked in the owners manual, but nothin leapt out. Holding down the volume button has not help.

Any suggestions, thoughts, recommendations?

You shouldn't have to "hold down" the volume button, though you may have to press it if the system was previously turned off...

Is this something that happens when you first start the vehicle, or is it shutting off mid-trip? Does restarting the vehicle "fix" the issue (does the screen turn back on the next time you start the vehicle?).

Sorry, don't really have a solution to add, just trying to gather more info that may help folks diagnose. I did have my infotainment system "reboot" on me once early on in ownership, screen just went black for a few seconds but then started back up again a few seconds later...this was while I was driving...but this hasn't happened since that one time.

The screen failed to come on at the start. It first happened maybe 5 days ago. The next time I stated it came back on so I thought maybe it was something I did. It happened again this morning, which caused me some concern.
