Interior Trim Removal

Anyone have instructions for the A-pillar? Do I need to pull the dash, or is it as simple as popping the speaker grill and getting it out?

It's pretty simple, if I remember correctly there is one bolt.

Attached is what I've pieced together, not all inclusive, but might help.
