I only hear civilians and cops carrying on about ‘mah guns.’ Blah, blah, 2A this, blah,…snooze.

Being a Canadian I guess I grew up around very different norms regarding attitudes towards handguns. They are tightly restricted here. So my opinion is heavily impacted by that and I would never even consider keeping a loaded gun in my vehicle. My guns (hunting rifles and shotguns) are locked in my gun safe with trigger locks and ammunition is stored separately.

I respect your right to own legal guns in accordance with your laws. But the idea of a throw away gun is extremely foreign to me. No gun should be regarded with such a Cavalier attitude in my opinion.
Absolutely agree. Growing up here we had anywhere from 10-20 rifles and shotguns in the house at any time. All secured. Firearms and ammo kept apart.

People who treat weapons with such brazen disrespect are always the ones who mistakenly shoot themselves, their loved ones, or their kid ends up killing themself by accident.

I have been given some (feces) about having a gun in my glove box...! So to not to create a distraction from other threads.. I think it's better to have it's own thread...

So how many here keep a Gun in their LC on a daily bases?

In good humor... and tolerance.... Let the (feces) fly!!! There is no right and wrong.... Just opinions... (ie feces)... ;)
Given I live in Canada under an authoritarian, dictator wannabe government, a glove box gun is not happening, however THIS is the kind of weapon I carry, and this thing's friggin' cool!

Where I grew up in Canada we would be more likely to be concealing live lobster in the cool box.

I'm going to close this thread. Let's get back on topic and friendly. There is no reason to let something unrelated to this forum to really divide us. There are other places to discuss those things.

Family friendly discussions here everyone, please, and thank you.
