Estimated transport times from port?

Admittedly I am getting impatient as I already sold my Tahoe last week, but when I did deposit on my LC on 3/14 estimated delivery was 3/16-4/16. Then the next day it showed on truck from port to train and 3/24-4/9 delivery. This morning I see it says estimated delivery 4/9. I understand they stay at port a while, but seems crazy if it had left port on a truck on the 15th that it would take 25 days to get to dealer ?? Route is west coast train to Chicago, Chicago to Cincinnati via truck (5-6 hour drive). Anyone know much about this process and timing?

It's typically a 2~3 weeks process from west coast port to central region. Honestly that timeline sounds about right. The fact that you put a deposit down on 03/14 for a LC and estimated delivery date is 04/09 that's pretty good. Had it still been in Japan coming off of the assembly line it'll be another 3 weeks before it reaches west coast port.

Thx. That helps. My dealer isn’t too responsive with info besides what I can see on the main Toyota site, so at least it makes sense.
