I must have missed that in the customize parameters, likely in the pdf I saved over and breezed past it because I don’t need to worry about it.

Not sure if you saw my other post, the way the OEM harness works is not a traditional power and ground. Both wires have positive DC power with the lights off. I just measured mine for you Battery voltage at center pin and 9.5VDC at the outer pin when lights off. Battery voltage at center pin and 3VDC at outer pin when lights are on, voltage fades up and down and lights turn off and on.
Check to see if you have that going on? If so you may need to add a resistor in series on the outer pin to drop the potential to ground to get your choice of led to function.
After looking through this list some of these setting are not available on all models. I have a 1958 model and some of these exterior light options are not listed when I connect mine up.
What missing on yours? Did you ever get a chance to check the other wire for voltage to ground? The one has constant 12VDC but the other isn't a ground as it has 9-3VDC depending upon lights on or off (approach/door open) for the step lights.
Yep mine never reads any voltage on either pin other than the center. I even took one of the connectors and wired up the rock light I was going to use and nothing.
LC250 doesn't have ESE, that is only on GX550. The setting is there both in Carista and GTS+ but not applicable.

I just bought the Gearwrench GWSMARTBT bi-directional scanner. It works to run diagnostics on my 2025 LC/LC 250, but I haven't found any options for changing settings on the vehicle. I sent a message to the manufacturer and waiting for a reply. In the meantime, does anyone know a detailed spec that is required to change vehicle settings?
I have not heard of that brand before, according to pics on Google, it is running it's own software as opposed to licensing the Launch software which many companies are using including Topdon and others.
The other big name is Autel (which uses it's own software) and both the Autel and my Launch X431-Pro have the customization section, so not too sure why yours would not, other than the Gearwrench either did not include it or cannot change settings.
Just set mine up , easily reset or turned off the shitbird seat belt alarms. That was super annoying riding around the Oasis .
Wish i knew that the app and device could be purchased together on the factory site, saves time and screwing around when you first get the device and want to get started. All went well and was easy to do everything on the phone, even for a non appcentric person like me.
Well worth the combined price just for what i used it for just now, if that was the only thing, which it wont be.
Highly recommended device and app, if you want to be able to customize your vehicle.

Buy the cheaper dongle and the app has a free introductory period.
