I currently have the front grill Toyota emblem the same color as my LC Premium as per manufacturer… but, I noticed the back tailgate Toyota is blacked out…. I am trying to determine if I should black out the front Toyota on grill…. Thoughts?

I "personally" would not go totally black but I think if you could color match the vinyl it would be cool or even a gunmetal or something. I am super OCD about emblems, pulled my iforcemax badge off with my fingernail and balled up the double sided tape with my thumb before I drove off the lot lol.

I have a ms Lc and considered blacking out too after seeing a white one with it blacked out, but I think it matches the Ms color well so I kept it as is

Not a fan of the "murdered out" color scheme. Needs a little splash of color somewhere.

I have a black FE and I'm looking for a place the will powder coat my stock wheels bronze and the rear 1st edition emblem bronze as well. Not sure if they can do the front "Toyota" badge as it's plastic, but if they can match the paint, I'll paint that as well.

That would look really nice

STICKERFAB They have an amazing selection of pre-cut vinyl stick-on letters in both sizes (front & back). Plus, they can be had in a huge variety of colors. I chose the darkest grey they had and am pleased with the results. Yes, they have bronze.

I personally prefer the color of the logo from the factory as it provides some contrast as others in the thread have previously mentioned. That being said, if you like it, then I don’t think you can consider it a mistake to black it out!

Wow! Now, I’m not sure…. I already ordered the black vinyl from stickerfab… so I guess I can put them in and see.. not like I can remind go back ….

I blacked my out. Due to preference. Had the iforce emblem blacked out as well with a warp but I plan to remove it all together.

On my 4runner I actually used a bronze vinyl wrap over all my blacked out Toyota/trdpro emblems. This matched the icon alloy wheels I had
and added a really nice touch to the lunar rock. Just putting it out there because possibilities are limitless for badge coloring.

Not sure what route I’ll go with my trail dust when it gets here but I’ll likely change it up from stock. Enjoy All…

Well I installed them…. Still unsure… I’ll have to see if they grow on me or …. They are NOT vinyl stickers… they hard overlays. At the side you can still see the grey original lettering slightly
