No, there is a Toyota app icon on your multimedia screen in CarPlay, tap that to get back.

If it helps, to get to the apps, just hit the icon on the bottom left of your screen that looks like a little pile of squares, and that show the various apps. If you are in CarPlay, you can also double tap that icon and see and alternate between a Split View of maps/music, and just maps.
