Anyone compare the LC to the Tundra?

The LC I was waiting on still has not arrived. About 6 weeks late so far.

Loving the Tundra so far. Have used the bed over and over already. Hauled some new plants for the yard yesterday. And a gas can; always hated putting those inside a car. Quite nice to have a truck again.

I dig it! But I could never justify such a thing… one practical car and one ‘fun’ car for me.

In my experience, you really can’t compare the overall ownership of an LC vs a Tundra. I had a ‘12 Tundra for 10 years and a ‘02 LC for 22 years. They are completely different vehicles. If you need a truck, get a truck. If you need a Ute, get a Ute. I think it’s a mistake to buy & drive a premium grade Tundra simply because you think it’s a ‘better value’.

I have a 22 Tundra for truck reasons. The Land Cruiser we just purchased was to replace our GX for Made in Japan reasons.
That’s my simple take.
