@Luigi absolutely off-topic for this thread, but how do you find rear mirror view visibility with this shelf?May have found a possible solution. CA Tuned Offroad came out with a shelf and you can run a Baja designs dome light for the cargo area!

Hi. I just extended the positive and negative leads from the Baja to splice in the rear dome light. Use my coupon code “2yotas1fam” to save a lil moneyYou convinced me to go this route! Can you provide any more information on the exact wires & wire that you spliced into? Thanks!
Nice! Does it turn on automatically when the dome light is on? Or do you need to press the button every time?Hi. I just extended the positive and negative leads from the Baja to splice in the rear dome light. Use my coupon code “2yotas1fam” to save a lil money
Not really off topic, it’s relevant for sure. But honestly, it doesn’t impact my view, I have the rear view camera so I don’t see the shelf.@Luigi absolutely off-topic for this thread, but how do you find rear mirror view visibility with this shelf?
Depends which light you get. If you get a light form Baja with the push button you have to manually press the button to turn on, and it will turn off automatically when the rear dome lights go off. If you get the Baja light with no button, then it should trigger automatically in sync with the dome lights and turn off.Nice! Does it turn on automatically when the dome light is on?
