Not sure on the Canadian spec, but 2024 US version has it, and can be turned off.

Anyone find part number for that rear diff skid plate ?
I posted this in the skid thread already, but the part number is most likely #PT228-35245 and already available for the Tacoma.

I have one on order and will let the group know if it fits the LC and the GX
@turbo8 answered this on page 3. I am eagerly awaiting the verdict.

Are the skid plates all the same thickness? Or are their light duty and heavy duty by Toyota that fit the LC?

When I was doing a build and price exercise on a 2025 I also noticed you choose individual skid plates (3) and a skid plate package. Funny that choosing the package doesn't delete the individual ones. Thanks.

All it would take for me to to trade in my '24 FE is a bigger gas tank. Say 23+ gallons...
Since the Land Cruiser is built on the TNGA-F global truck platform that is shared with Tundra, Sequoia, it seems that Tundra and Sequoia would have larger fuel tanks. That being said, maybe those folks speaking a longer fuel capacity tank could swap a Tundra or Sequoia tank into their LC next year.(?)

any update on the GX fitment?

No update, still trying to figure out the missing front mount.

To be honest, after looking at the thing, I really didn't want to put it on my vehicles.

The metal is thin and reduces clearance by about a 1/2".

If someone wants this, I'll sell it to you for cheap.

Toyota Canada site lists "Auto Retractable Side Mirrors" as a standard for LCLC for 2025 model (not mentioned for 2024.)

Is this something that's already there since launch and just now being mentioned, or is it new?

My FE has retractable side mirrors. You can set them up to either stay out or fold in automatically when you shut the car off. Possibly on the trail manually fold them in but haven't tried.

I believe auto retractable mirrors are standard across all trim lines.
