Front end paint jobs get sand blasted here in NW MT winters. That metal might hold up better especially if it came pre-pitted.

Unfortunately, our regulatory authorities make it impractical to certify diesel engines in the United States, so the missing diesel option here in America is not entirely due to customer demand. I thought I heard the hybrid components are only 2x the weight of diesel emissions cleaning systems, so I’ve accepted the hybrid solution.

Weight may be similar but LC250 2.8L Diesel and Lexus GX550 are 3row SUVs. The volumes will show if this is important or not.
