2024 LC FE tailgate clearance- 69 inches!

I haven't seen this posted anywhere yet- The open tailgate is very low at 69 inches from the ground- anyone taller will have to approach from the side. Very poor design.

The open height is adjustable in the setup menu. Be sure yours is set to maximum. I am 6' 2" and do not need to duck under mine.
