2024 Land Cruiser Concealed Carry Location

I’ve been trying to find a good place to conceal my handgun in my new Land Cruiser. It was easy in my Wrangler or previous trucks, but the new LC just doesn’t have many options or locations to put it. I’ve searched here and the net and haven’t found good solutions. This morning, I finally found a great location for me, right under the steering column using my holster I already owned. The holster is brown and I plan to dye it black this weekend to make it less noticeable, but the belt clips slip right over the plastic panel and the magnetic cover is perfect for this application.

That setup doesn't look like it would be quick in any high-adrenaline situation, especially with a flap. Reminds me of holsters from the 60s.

In Texas, the law is the gun must be in a holster. The magnets are great, and I did do this in my Wrangler before only to find out that it’s not legal here.

My CCW carried appendix. Only temporary put aside as shown while 5-7 hrs drive and off-road. Never leaving gun like that. It will be with me when I step outside

I use a cc holster under the steering wheel . I thought I was doable I didn’t want to drill holes in console . I have a magnetic holder by console in my truck older didn’t mind drilling holes in console. 40Cal Glock
