20" Alloy Wheels / Volume Knob Placement

Check out the attached European video. Wondering if the wheels will be available in the US? If someone knows how to interpret what he is saying please pass along. Also the volume switch looks like it is in a better position than the US prototypes.

 
Since all we have seen in the US are prototypes, I'm REALLY hoping Toyota listens to the "internet" feedback and relocates that volume knob on the production version.

I'd like to see it in a better place than the US prototype, but really don't like where it is in that Russian video. That said, I almost always use the steering wheel control anyway. Wife's Audi has it on the centre console next to the shifter. Super convenient location.

I believe the volume knob is located below the main row of manual switches in the European prototype. I believe they are going to produce at two different plants in Japan. The might produce the North American version and one plant and the diesel / "Prado" version at the other. You can also see it at the 7:00 minute mark in the German release video.
